Ryan Harris spent several days in Alice Springs taking part in coaching forums and events held by Cricket Australia (CA) in conjunction with Northern Territory Cricket (NTC).

In three jam packed days, Harris gave talks to both State & Territory coaches and also community coaches on his experience in coaching so far; as well as highlighting the importance that coaches have played for him - both at the Elite and at the community level.

The community club forum also benefitted from Ryan’s input with a Q&A based around his involvement in club cricket as well as addressing some of the challenges that club’s face.

The T20 blast Gala Day session were happy to see Harris partake in coaching some young cricketers before he made his way over to The School of the Air to have a questions & answers session and bowling master class with over 30 kids based throughout the Northern Territory – some on stations as big as 1 million acres! Ryan also got to meet some of the students in person, who had travelled over 200km’s to Alice Springs especially to meet him in person.
