The online and registration payment system gives clubs and associations an easy and efficient way for receiving payments from its members.
Player registration payments can now be made online via playcricket.com.au. Part of the benefit of offering online registration and payments is the ability to have up to date information for your members and a crucial part of this is financial reporting.
There are a number of registration and payment reports which you may find useful which are all found within MyCricket Admin.
Registration Summary Report
For each registration form you have set-up this allows you to view: Number of registrations, a summary of total payments collected (online & offline), total payments collected online, total payments outstanding.
For each registration form you have set-up this allows you to view each online payment transaction in a given date range
Daily Transaction Report
For each registration form you have set-up, this allows you to view a daily sales total
Registration Product Report
For each registration form you have set-up, this allows you to view transactions grouped by Registration Type / Product in a given date range
Payments Settlement Report
For a given period provides clubs / centers with a report on what transactions have been completed and what they have been paid.
Participants Payment Summary
Manage payment status of both online and offline payments
*NEW* Part Payment Feature
Clubs can now offer part-payments to club members which enables players the option to pay their registration fees in multiple installments, instead of one lump sum. The amount of installments is up to to the club and can range from 2,3 or 4 payments. For more information, click here.
