Cricket Australia recommends that there be a phased approach to resuming training activity for cricket.
Individuals should be looking to maintain a level of fitness through individual training, followed by small group training and followed by larger team based training and full club training. This phased approach should be applied in line with your State & Territory government restrictions. Training loads and intensity should increase progressively over this time to minimize the risk of injury.
